Welcome to Sharon Church! We’re so glad you’re here. No matter who you are or where you come from, you belong here. We’re like a big family, and we can’t wait to get to know you. Feel free to ask questions, make friends, and be yourself. You’re valued, loved, and accepted just as you are. Join us in this journey of faith and friendship!

What is worship like?

At Sharon, our worship is a welcoming and joyful experience. In our church, you’ll find uplifting music, heartfelt prayers, and inspiring messages that resonate with your life.

Whether you’re joining us in person or online, you’ll feel a sense of belonging and connection as we come together to celebrate our faith. Come as you are and join our warm, spiritual community!

I have children. How does worship work for us?

We love having families with children! During our worship services, we offer a special Children’s Story Time that your kids will enjoy.

We have a special worship experience for ages 13-18 in our Teen Lounge.

We also have a dedicated space for parents with little ones if needed. Our goal is to make worship a positive experience for the whole family. You’re welcome to join us, and we can’t wait to meet your children!

How should we dress for worship?

Feel free to dress comfortably. We welcome you just as you are, whether you prefer formal attire or casual clothing.

During Communion what should I do?

During Communion, everyone is invited to participate. Simply follow the guidance of our worship leaders. We serve bread and grape juice, symbolizing Jesus’ sacrifice. If you’re unsure, it’s absolutely okay to observe.

Do we need to give an offering? How does that work?

Offerings are voluntary, and your presence is a gift. If you’d like to contribute, we provide various options, including online giving. Donations support our mission and community programs.

How do people follow along with worship? Will I be able to keep up?

We provide bulletins and use screens to help you follow along. Don’t worry if it’s your first time; our friendly community is happy to assist. Contact the church office if you’d like someone to accompany you.

Where should I park? How do I get to the worship area?

We have a parking lot behind the church. Parking is also avialable in front and on the side of the church. Greeters are available to guide you through the building to the worship area.

I'm nervous in new social situations. Will I have to talk to people?

You’re welcome to join just for the service, and it’s perfectly fine if you prefer not to engage in small talk. Your comfort is our priority.

I have a disability. Can I still participate in worship?

Absolutely! We’ve made our church accessible with ramps and restrooms. Our greeters and volunteers are here to assist in any way you may need.

People like me aren't welcome at every church. What about yours?

We’re committed to genuine inclusion. Our church policy reflects this, ensuring that everyone feels welcome, accepted, and valued in our loving community.
